Free In-Store and Curbside Pick-Up
Need your products fast? Take advantage of our free in-store pick-up service!
Select “Free Pick Up at Store” to have your item(s) shipped for FREE to your preferred Alexanian Carpet & Flooring store.
- Add your item(s) to your shopping bag and continue to checkout.
- At Checkout, select “Free Pick up at Store” option under delivery address and select your preferred Alexanian Carpet & Flooring store.
- Continue to payment and we’ll send you an email confirmation with your order details.
After your order has been placed, you will receive three (3) separate email notifications from Alexanian Carpet & Flooring:
- Order Confirmation Notification-Verifies we’ve received your order.
- A notification that your item(s) are in transit to the store location selected.
- Store Pick-Up Notification email confirming your item(s) is ready to be picked up.
What to bring to the Alexanian Carpet & Flooring store when picking up your order:
- Your order confirmation email or order number.
- The payment method used to make your purchase.
- A government issued ID that matches the order billing address.
- You will be required to sign an acknowledgment when you pick up your order.
Please note, we recommend that you pick up your item(s) within 7 days of the date your order is ready for pickup. If this is not possible, please contact the Alexanian Carpet & Flooring location you are picking your item(s) up from.
