This SPC 100% waterproof easy to install Luxury Vinyl floor is ideal for 3 season cottages and homes with kids and pets. It has an Armor Care technology UV cured urethane finish that is exceptionaly stain and scratch resistant. Its high desity core is ultra-stable and impervious to water damage, making it ideal for light commercial and heavy residential traffic. This can be installed for 80 linear feet witout a transition moulding. It also has an attached 1mm underlayment attached for easy installation.
